Welcome!

This is a site for book nerds, readers, or anyone who wants to read my thoughts about the books that I read, and there are a lot of those. That is, I read a lot of books and have a lot of thoughts.

I am Loz, a 30 something living outside Seattle. I have an amazing husband, the two best giant dogs, and a very high-maintenance kitty. I love to read contemporary romance as I enjoy a happy ending that doesn't require much thought but I read across all genres and types.

I am also a teacher-librarian at an elementary school, so I read a ton of picture books, middle-grade, and young adult novels.

I typically utilize the library for my books and thanks to reciprocity agreements, I have access to FOUR amazing local library systems (Pierce County, Tacoma, King County, and Seattle). I tend to read on my kindle but also adore physical copies of books and use audiobooks, especially when taking a road trip.
